Preparing for Your 3-Day Juice Fast

Choosing a 3-day juice fast is a wonderful step toward health and rejuvenation. Even in this short period, the fast is quite powerful, especially if your body goes through withdrawal. Here’s a preparation guide to help you make the most of this journey:

Create a Personal Fasting Journal
Record a video of your goals and intentions for this fast on your phone. Speak openly about what you hope to achieve, and capture a few selfies, including a close-up of your face. This personal record can help keep you focused and committed, especially when cravings or moments of doubt arise. This documentation is also helpful to look back on if you decide to fast again.

Hydrate Consistently
Start increasing your water intake each day with quality sources like spring, alkaline, or purified water. Avoid plastic bottles where possible. If drinking water isn’t already a habit, start with one glass and gradually increase. Proper hydration sets a foundation for effective detoxification and will support your body through the fasting process.

Reduce Coffee, Alcohol, and Processed Foods
Begin cutting back on coffee, alcohol, and processed foods now to ease the detox process.
