Throughout your fasting journey, you have access to a certified dietitian, available for both pre and post-fast support. Hydrate Consistently
Start increasing your water intake each day, aiming for quality sources like spring, alkaline, or purified water. Avoid plastic bottles where possible. If you’re new to drinking water regularly, begin with one glass and gradually increase. This foundational habit is essential for setting up your body’s elimination process.

Begin to Reduce Coffee, Alcohol, and Processed Foods
To ease into the detox, start cutting back on coffee, alcohol, and processed foods now.
